Lately I have been practicing creating a life for myself (internally) that focuses on the positive vs. my sometimes negative attitude. I have found one book to be particulary helpful to me and you may have heard of it or read it. In Ask and It Will Given….by Esther and Jerry Hicks.  By practicing awareness of what I am thinking and hence feeling, there is more control over negative moods.  Perhaps reading this book will be as inspirational to you as it is to me.  If you are not into reading, perhaps a podcast to listen to is more appropriate.  One personal growth podcast site I have found that  is very positive and helpful in directing me to focus on more positive thoughts is at the learnoutloud website. By clicking on the learnoutloud link, you will be directly connected to the personal growth podcast.  Listen for inspiration in creation of your new positive attitude.  Remember, it really IS all about our thinking.  You have the power to choose to be positive energy..happy, joyful, glad, understanding, patient, kind, etc.; or negative energy…sad, glum, disappointed, angry, fearful, worried, etc….You can begin to choose better feeling thoughts right now as you explore the resources BTGT has reviewed.  Please email me with your thoughts and suggestions, concerns, etc.  I would love to hear from you!
