Has the word “intimacy” ever crossed your mind when you have been thinking about your relationships, current or past? Recently, afriend of mine shared a book she had picked up at the local library “Seven Levels of Intimacy”, by Matthew Kelly.  In his book, Kelly describes the seven levels as cliche, facts, opinions, hopes and dreams, feelings, faults, fears, failures and legitimate needs…..check out his other books too “Dream Manager” and “Rhythm of Life”.

Meet Kathryn
Welcome to my website, Bridging The Gap Together. I developed this website so my clients both present and future can see who I am, what I believe and what I have to offer them as a therapist. I work with clients to facilitate wholeness and healing of the total person. I look forward to hearing from you and am open to suggestions for the website if there is a subject you would like discussed in my blog! Thank you! Kathryn Condon, LPC

Awesome! Ahahaha! Stop it, you’re killing me! Anyway, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought this is great.
