Having control issues?  If you are like many people, including myself, it is often uncomfortable to be out of control in any situation.  Trying to control situations is a way to deal with our insecurities.  But it is counterproductive to what we are trying to accomplish in our relationships.  I recently read a helpful little article about how to use breathing to help deal with times when we are out of control.  Check it out in this article from hitched.com and Neil Fiore, Ph.D.
