My daughter shared a website with me, innerbonding.com that interested me in that it offered a free course on bonding with the inner self.  As I downloaded and read the six steps of this process, I became interested in the book offered as well, “Healing Your Aloneness” by Margaret Paul, Ph.D., and Erika Chopich, Ph.D.  I felt encouraged by the insightful information offered, especially about how our reactions today are connected to the inner part of our being from the time we are born, everything we started with, our innateness;  and every experience we had and are still having that shape us and make us the perfect being we now are.  It is an excellent tool for getting in touch with your inner self.  For me it is healing to become aware of not only what I am thinking and thereby feeling, but understanding how my reactions are tied to the innermost self from past experiences.  It is helpful to explore how experiences I had when I was much younger,  conveniently tucked somewhere deep inside myself hidden in my subconscious,  shape my intereactions with others today. Being open to exploring our inner world can be a tool for having a more joyful quality of life daily.   What is interesting about looking inside is that like the book suggests, I have found that I am remembering more as I dialog with my child adult and my adult.  If you enjoy this type of self-examination that is very healing in nature, I suggest checking the website out….very well done.  Please share inner child experiences with me as I am interested in hearing from everyone.  Thanks, Kathryn
