I am currently reading the book, “You Can Heal Your Life”, by author Louise Hay.  I am not sure how I stumbled upon this book, but I love the idea that we can turn our thinking around, and what we have come into our lives by improving the thoughts in our head!  I am trying to hear what I think when I think it…which is a practice.  Next, I evaluate the comment..and then try to turn it into a positive affirmation if the thought is negative.  It usually is.  For instance,  one affirmation I am stating this morning is that I suceed in all I do.  This means my occupation.  My relationships with others, etc.  I am hoping to develop the habit of being positive!  You can too by practicing!  Louise Hay has a website as well if you want to visit it is http://www.louisehay.com

    First time to your blog. That’s amazing. I used this method for close to 2 years. It makes a huge difference to my life.

    I’m actually having fun with this. However, I use language as a tool to shift my thoughts.

    For example: if I want to have a breakthrough in my business, I will look at the thoughts that I want to create. Then I use affirmation sentences and repeat it every time I drive.
