When we shift the focus of our consciousness to one that is more accepting of what others around us are doing in the moment, we find others act more positively toward us. Try to lessen or eliminate expectations of other people in your life. By not expecting others to be or do in a certain way for you, there will be a shift in your consciousness that will allow you to get in touch with how you are feeling which is a very important part of the healing process. The first step is observing ourselves and becoming aware how we have been interacting with the people in our life. This will help you identify how you feel and make help you begin to make choices that are healthy for you.

Meet Kathryn
Welcome to my website, Bridging The Gap Together. I developed this website so my clients both present and future can see who I am, what I believe and what I have to offer them as a therapist. I work with clients to facilitate wholeness and healing of the total person. I look forward to hearing from you and am open to suggestions for the website if there is a subject you would like discussed in my blog! Thank you! Kathryn Condon, LPC
