Living in the moment is easy if we remember not to let expectations define the moment.  Accepting changes with grace and gratitude is much easier on our emotional and physical health.  Change happens no matter how we choose to react.   What would happen if we could somehow have a more automatic acceptance and belief that the universe loves us and provides for all needs,  nuturing us beyond what we are able to understand with our flawed thinking.  This is peace.  This is the practice of telling the ego no when it tries to go to the dark, fearful places we all have.  Change is hard, but it is also exciting and new and wonderful.  Remind yourself that all things are as they are meant to be at the point in time you are.  Trust that all is well and it will be.
