What will you do with today?  I try to make each day the best day it can possibly be given the circumstances of that day which are unique to each of us.  A positive outlook and acting as if a challenging situation in your life is already resolved may help you overcome fear and doubt about the situation you are in.   This way of thinking can help you let go of things you cannot control and take actions necessary to support yourself in the things you do have control over.  It is not easy to accept the challenges of life (whatever they are)  but it is nevertheless part of being human;  and we all face challenges that can be lessened by having a more positive outlook which is really what I am saying.
