In my work with helping people with disabilities get back into employment, I have learned so much about looking for employment in general that I will share with you; and I hope you will share your job seeking stories with me as well that I can post on this page. One thing I have been thinking about when it comes to finding employment, is that finding employment is a full-time job. Finding a job can be like finding a needle in a haystack. It takes a lot of of time to sift through every job lead and find job leads too. One way to find job leads is through networking. Networking is doing more than looking in a newspaper and at on-line websites to find job leads. Networking involves talking to people, friends, family members and previous co-workers and can lead to finding a job that is never going to be published in the newspaper or on-line.
