What to Expect in Therapy With Kathryn Condon, LPC

I believe in partnering with clients to assist them in moving forward in a positive way in their life.  We do this together through talk therapy and implement techniques that are individually designed for each client’s unique situation.  I use a broad range of therapy techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, DBT, Relaxation techniques, and am always reading and taking continuing education classes to stay current in therapy techniques.
